Nicole MacDonald

Adviser Support

Nicole has extensive experience in Financial Services, starting in 2009 when she joined a small company as a Junior Administrator, eventually becoming the sole Mortgage Administrator. She broadened her experience by later moving to work for a larger Pension provider company and at the start of 2019 joined Logic’s very busy Adviser Support Department as an Administrator. 

As part of this team, Nicole ensures that Advisers are well prepared with everything they need in preparation for client meetings and then completing follow up actions for them after the meeting.  In addition Nicole helps clients who have queries or wish to book appointments, and also has regular contact with providers to ensure that transactions are completed without delays. This is a really busy and varied role where two days are never the same, but with her keen eye for accuracy and detail, plus good organisational skills, Nicole ensures that this side of the business closely supports the work of the Advisers and delivers the very best service to our clients.

Outside of work, Nicole has a busy family life. She enjoys weekend trips around Yorkshire and surrounding areas with her husband and little boy, getting the dogs tired out and very muddy. She also enjoys eating out and loves shopping, for clothes or anything to do with her home!
