PA to Director & Office Manager

Hazel’s role as PA to the Managing Director, includes providing a broad range of secretarial and administrative support including diary management and organising meetings and appointments as well managing his correspondence and various other types of documentation.

The other side of her role is Office Manager which covers a diverse range of responsibilities right across the business. This ranges from managing Company Accounts, involvement in Recruitment, Staff Payroll, entry into the Workplace Pension Scheme, and keeping the company’s Social Media platforms updated….right through to ensuring that the office is always well supplied with necessary cleaning supplies, making certain that everyone knows where the First Aid kit is located, and of course to making sure that the kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee and milk to provide our staff and our clients with hot drinks!

Hazel has many years’ experience of managing staff in a Customer Service environment. Alongside the rest of the team at Logic Wealth Planning, she fully supports the concept of going the extra mile to exceed client’s expectations, since clients who have a positive experience not only become loyal to the company, but happy customers will refer others – something which happens regularly at Logic Wealth Planning and has enabled it to expand rapidly into an award winning business with a great reputation.

Hazel’s role is varied, demanding but enjoyable and no two days are the same. It involves an interesting mix of tasks and responsibilities which allow her to directly support the Managing Director, Staff and Clients and help to ensure that these important areas of the business tick over successfully behind the scenes.
